Poet, emcee, and teaching artist Myrlin Hepworth is known those who have been involved with Fishtrap over the years. The general public now has an opportunity to engage in a performance event unlike any we’ve seen in our community. On Wednesday, August 3, Myrlin and Mic Maven will bring their show to Lear’s Main Street Grill, 111 W. Main St., Enterprise, 7:00 pm.
Myrlin, prolific hip-hop artist from Lewiston by way of Phoenix, is embarking on his promotional West Coast tour for his sophomore mixtape Eulogy In Blue with burgeoning Arizona talent, Mic Maven. Since 2013, Myrlin has released his breakout mixtape The Funky Autopsy, has released three music videos that have garnered tens of thousands of views across various platforms, and was notably featured on NPR’s Alt.Latino podcast in 2015 as a favorite new artist. Come out to the Eulogy Tour and enjoy an hour set of 60’s Soul music and two lively acts that will make you dance, sweat, and laugh.
